At Audiolab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Audiolab account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
